2023 Summer/Fall Tryouts

The Peninsula Rays Baseball Club will hold our annual tryouts for our summer/fall '23 teams for ages 7/8U through 12U on Sunday, March 19 (postponed from March 12).  Tryouts will be held at McGarvey Field at Red Morton Park in Redwood City.  Tryout times are:

• ​7/8U: 1-2:30pm
• 9U: 2:30-4pm
• 10U: 9:30-11am
• 11U: 11am-12:30pm
• 12U: if interested in 12U, please email both team Managers Mike Minitti (mminitti@gmail.com) and Marc Pajarillo (marcfpajarillo@gmail.com)

There will be an optional "warm-up clinic" on Sunday, March 5 (cancelled per weather), for ages 7/8U, 9U, and 10U. This will give an opportunity for players to familiarize themselves with the tryout process and drills.  The clinic will be held at Kiwanis Field at Red Morton Park in Redwood City. Clinic times are:

• 7/8U: 12-1:30pm
• 9U: 1:30-3pm
• 10U: 3-4:30pm

(note: we've updated to these dates of March 5 and 12 from the original Feb 5 and 12 due to the extreme weather we had in January which delayed most Little League evaluation dates.)
