Rays Tournament Sign-Ups (June 16-19^th)

RWC Classic 8U Tournament

Thursday, June 16^th – Sunday, June 19^th

1.  Snack Shack Positions – Contact Erica Headley with questions at or at 408-857-1396.
   1. Snack Shack Sales (2):  2 Spots needed per shift to sell food/drinks to the public
   2. Snack Shack BBQ’ers (2):  2 People to man the grill

2. Field Crew Positions – Contact Ryan Headley with questions at or at 408-857-1421.
   1. Umpires:  (2) needed per game.  Any player that is in the 11U division or higher or a parent are eligible to umpire.
   2. Field Prep/Announcer (1):  Shows up 30 minutes prior to the game to help with Field Prep and during game accounce players as they bat.
   3. Field Prep/Scorekeeper (1):  Shows up 30 minutes prior to the game to help with Field Prep and runs scoreboard during game.
